Knowing just what is going on in your community is seen as most important by the Jindera Caritas group, and the development of Wonga Wetlands and the Aquatic Environment Education Centre was a story they were keen to hear.

A short lecture and cuppa, followed by a walk out to the Wetlands enabled the members to gain an understanding of how and why Wonga was developed and how the Aquatic Environment Education Centre is becoming an important part of the education programme of local (and some far-away !) schools.
