For three solid hours the students (and teacher!) undertook a variety of activities including  weeding, digging, moving rocks, wheelbarrowing dug up and raked up vegetation, positioning logs, planting tussock grass and taking photographs!

Will we ever get rid of these weeds ?? (YES !!)

The “Jindera PS End” of the Frog Pond is well on the way to completion and with addition of rock, log and tussock habitat, will provide a most attractive residence for frogs. All of the native plants, ranging from River Red Gums to various mosses, are being mapped and recorded so that we will be able to trace the future development of the Wonga Wetlands Frog Pond.
