Open Day 2006 at Wonga Wetlands will run from 10 - 2 on Sunday October 22nd.

There will be tours of the Wetlands, introductory sessions in the Aquatic Environment Education Centre, a "walk and talk" through the Wiradjuri Cultural and Education Centre, a family environmental competition and a photography competition. More details of these closer to the day.

A food and drinks stall we be run by WIRES (wildlife rescue) between 11 and 1:30 and organisations such as the Murray Darling Freshwater Research Centre, La Trobe University and Charles Sturt University hav been invited to set up information stalls. Bring the family to this informative day.
